This 35mm Backset ERA / Saracen centre case is an ideal replacement unit for your multi point door lock. Suitable for Euro profile locks, this latch and deadbolt centre case has a split spindle operation.

• Dual follower operation.

Key Measurements & Information

• Backset: 35mm, 45mm or 30mm This is measured from centre of spindle to faceplate. 
• PZ Centres: 92mm(distance from centre of spindle to centre of euro cylinder)
• Follower / Spindle:  Split, will except a solid 8mm spindle as well as duel spindles. 
• Centre Case: Latch & Deadbolt
• Non-Handed (will fit left or right handed doors) unscrew 2 screws only and turn latch and re tighten screws
